At the Aug. 22 Neillsville Common Council meeting, Mayor Mayor Duane Poeschel presented councilmember Joe Neville with a plaque commemberating his 11 years and four months in office. Neville resently resigned from his position on the Neillsville city council, and the Aug. 22 meeting was his final one.
