     Joan E. Hubing, 77, of Neillsville, WI, formerly of Loyal, WI, passed away Monday, Feb. 6, 2023 at Pine View Care Center in Black River Falls, WI. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, 2023, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Loyal, with burial following in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church Friday, from 10 a.m. until time of service.
